Outside of Commander, I like to use this in Pioneer as well
It has the distinct weakness of not doing anything the turn you play it, leaving you ripe for a blowout from Loran of the Third Path or a similar card, but a second copy of Shark Typhoon could be a handy thing, especially if your opponents are wise to the original and blow it up
When to pick Red: For new players, the ST-01 Red Luffy starter deck is the easiest way to experience this color in action
She has no connection to the developers, so this shouldn't be taken as a guarantee, but she has been accurate with all of her updates so far ahead of them being officially announced
A One Piece cards value depends on rarity, condition, artwork, and release type
It also has way more combat trickery and interaction with Burn making it a far better card all round
